W artykule przybliżono pojęcie zmiany oraz przedstawiono i omówiono rodzaje zmian wykonywanych w ramach dostosowywania systemu klasy ERP do wymagań klientów.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The concept of change in ERP systems is related to every modification that is made on this system. The article presents the concept of change and outlines and discusses the types of changes that are being made to the customization of the ERP system to customer requirements.(original abstract)
