Conditionings of the Process of Delegation of Rights and Responsibility

Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono analizę uwarunkowań procesu delegowania uprawnień i odpowiedzialności na podstawie sformułowanej na wstępie charakterystyki tego procesu. Określenie typowych czynników warunkujących przekazywanie uprawnień i odpowiedzialności oparto na przykładach badań autorów z państw zachodnich. Zaprezentowana analiza winna służyć sformułowaniu hipotez badawczych w stosunku do polskich instytucji gospodarczych. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The process of delegation of rights and responsibility is a kind of transformation from the state of organizational system with the internally unablanced ranges of tasks, rights and responsibility to the state of relative balance of these three elements. The course of the process of delegation of rights and responsibility in the organizational structures of the institutions has been conditioned by various external and intrainstitutional factors. All the institutions, systems and actions occuring in the surroundings of the given organization and influencing its functioning have been numbered among the external conditionings. The group of intrainstitutional conditionings of the process of delegation of rights and responsibility has been divided into four types of factors separating the following conditionings: technical, technological, psychosocial, organizational-structural and some special conditionings characteristic for a given institution. The mentioned conditionings have been analysed on the basis of examinations of the American and West-European authors. In the paper the conclusions concerning directions of the process of delegation of rights and responsibility in the Polish economic institutions have been formulated. (original abstract)
