Abstrakty

Omówiono problemy związane z zarządzaniem długiem publicznym w Polsce. W pierwszej części scharakteryzowano koncepcję i instrumenty zarządzania długiem publicznym oraz genezę długu publicznego w Polsce. Następnie zaprezentowano ostatnie tendencje i perspektywy wyceny długu publicznego w Polsce. W drugiej części przedstawiono analizę ryzyka związanego z długiem.

Object present article are current problems of public debt management in Poland. In first part author characterizes concept and instruments of debt public management and genesis of Polish public debt. Then author presents recent tendencies and prospects of value of public debt in Poland. In last part represented analysis of risk connected with debt. Result of this analysis is that in last years took place significant progress in this range. (original abstract)
