Dialogue has been studied as a social phenomenon. It has found that the present day situation, which takes place in the country and around the world, provides for the necessity of the coordination of the interests of individuals, different social groups, and bodies of power by means of a civilized way without conflict. It is proved that the dialogue in collective activity favors the coordination of disconnected people, constructs their further activity. A single person is conventionally powerless and does not have connection with others, and so he or she is doomed to be isolated and lonely in life. Dialogue is a means of consolidating different senses, in which the formation of mind orientation, mutual understanding and interaction takes place. The mentioned social processes in the group are impossible without civilized dialogue, which must be realized at a high cultural level. In this case, the dialogue becomes a means of the construction of social space, in which all social-professional groups, cohorts of different age levels or generations, gender features, or political orientations participate, forming societies, unions, parties, holdings, associations, corporations, youth "parliaments," movements, etc. with the help of the forces of social actions and initiatives. By their actions, collective activity influences the development of new constructive forms of social consciousness and the basis of public self-government, and the main thing, the integration processes, in the society in general. Therefore, social dialogue is an effective technology of the construction of social interaction and collective activity. (original abstract)
