Abstrakty
This issue of Human Resource Management is devoted to organizational trust and relationships and their quality-all important aspects of human resource management. The concept of trust in the organization has been popular in the literature for about two decades now. Today however, when traditional hierarchical management is evolving toward agile, participatory, and increasingly automated work systems, it has garnered significant interest.
