Abstrakty

Celem projektu była analiza uwarunkowań i znaczenia kompetencji społecznych osoby działającej w ramach programu LEADER. Podjęcie tej problematyki ma swoje uzasadnienie naukowe, które dotyczy rozwijania stosunkowo młodego obszaru wiedzy psychologicznej obejmującego procesy budowania kapitału społecznego. Ma ono także wymiar praktyczny w postaci tworzenia teorii i narzędzi badawczych do monitorowania efektów działania programu LEADER w obszarze psychospołecznym. Jest to ważne ze względu na konkretne potrzeby Grup Partnerskich w Polsce, które nie posiadają odpowiednich narzędzi do pomiaru i analizy takich zmiennych, jak: poczucie jakości życia mieszkańców i aktywizacja społeczności lokalnych na terenach objętych programem, co większość z nich zaplanowała jako jeden z głównych celów strategicznych. Należy dodać, że wymogi programu LEADER nakładają na te grupy obowiązek monitorowania realizacji przyjętej strategii. (fragment tekstu)

The paper presents the aims, objectives, course and results of a research project titled: "LEADER approach partnership actions in Poland and other EU countries and the sustainable development of the social resources of an individual". The project was conducted in the years 2008-2011 by a research team of the Institute of Psychology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. The partners of particular project activities included scientific research centres, social organisations and public entities involved in the implementation of the LEADER programme. The project's objective was the analysis of psychosocial results of the programme. Of particular interest were the factors related to the improvement of social competences and social activation which is manifested in various actions aimed at improving the quality of life and increasing the resources of the local environment. The research was oriented towards enhancing intersectoral collaboration and exchanging experiences related to the implementation of the LEADER programme in Poland. The results of the programme evaluation in other EU countries where it has been operating since the beginning of the 1990s constituted the background context for the performed analysis.
