Abstrakty

Niewymienne tokeny (NFT) to najnowsze i wciąż budzące emocje osiągnięcie technologiczne blockchain, które znalazło zastosowanie w świecie sztuki cyfrowej, przedmiotów kolekcjonerskich oraz dóbr luksusowych, choć także w obrocie nieruchomościami, zarówno rzeczywistymi, jak i wirtualnymi. NFT oznacza zasób cyfrowy (lub jednostkę danych), bez stałej, sztywnej wartości, zaś każda jednostka jest wyjątkowa i indywidualna, a jej nabycie potwierdzone odpowiednim certyfikatem autentyczności. Choć NFT to ciąg zer i jedynek zapisanych w kodzie binarnym, to jednak może reprezentować zróżnicowane zasoby, uprzednio zdygitalizowane: obrazy i fotografie, animacje, wpisy na Twitterze, modele 3D fragmentów ludzkiego ciała, nieruchomości, a nawet emocje. Zawartość konkretnego tokena decyduje o problemach prawnych z nim związanych, do rozwiązania których stosujemy na razie tradycyjne konstrukcje prawne. Czy są one wystarczające dla świata wirtualnego, to się zapewne wkrótce okaże.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Non-fungible token (NFT) is the latest and still emotive technological achievement based on blockchain that has found application in the world of digital art, collectibles, and luxury goods, but also in real estate and virtual real estate. NFT means a digital resource (or data unit) without a fixed, unchangeable value. Each unit is unique and individual, and its acquisition is confirmed by an appropriate certificate of authenticity. While NFT is a sequence of zeros and ones written in binary code, it can represent a variety of previously digitized resources: images and photos, animations, Twitter posts, 3D models of human body parts, real estate, and even emotions. The content of a specific token determines the legal problems associated with it, to solve which problems we are still using traditional legal constructions. Whether they are sufficient for the virtual world, will probably turn out soon.(original abstract)
