Abstrakty
Wycena relacji z klientem przy wykorzystaniu metodologii wartości życiowej klienta znajduje praktyczne zastosowanie w zarządzaniu wartością firmy nie tylko na szczeblu operacyjnym, ale również strategicznym. Modele wyceny przedsiębiorstwa oparte na wartości życiowej klientów mogą być stosowane do wyceny szybko rosnących biznesów. Podstawowym i stosunkowo łatwiejszym do oszacowania niż inne parametrem dla takich biznesów jest liczba pozyskanych klientów. Jeśli jesteśmy w stanie obliczyć wartość życiową klienta, możemy obliczyć również wartość wszystkich obecnych i przyszłych klientów firmy w określonym horyzoncie czasowym. Wartość ta -- kapitał klienta - jest dobrym przybliżeniem wartości fundamentalnej przedsiębiorstwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)
