Abstrakty

Celem pracy była analiza i ustalenie warunków badań migracji globalnej, tj. sumarycznej ilości wszystkich związków, które przeszły z powłoki lakierowej do substancji symulujących produkty spożywcze nie zawierające tłuszczów. Badania wystarczy prowadzić stosując H₂O, 10% C₂H₅OH and 3% CH₃COOH jako substancje modelowe symulujące działanie artykułów żywnościowych nie zawierających tłuszczu.

Model tests were performed concerning total migration of the components of epoxide-phenol laquer coatings used as lining of metal packages of various model substances. The test conditions which yielded maximum values of total migration were determined/these included time and temperature of the contact between the laquer coating and substance. H₂O, 10% C₂H₅OH and 3% CH₃COOH have been found sufficient model substances to stimulate the activity of fat-free food products. (original abstract)
