Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest określenie naukowej i aplikacyjnej roli założeń aksjologicznych dotyczących wartości pracy w przykładowych teoriach jej dotyczących. Do jego realizacji wykorzystano metodę analizy tekstu, która określa sens tych założeń, oraz analizy fenomenologicznej, mającej na celu ukazanie wartości, których te założenia dotyczą. The study presents normative assumptions and their role in the sample theories of labour. The study indicates two functions of the assumptions - they are either descriptive or normative. In the former case, they define labour. In the latter case, they justify strategies of work management and solutions of the labour law. Text and phenomenological analyses are used. First we analyze exemplary texts in order to outline their normative assumptions. In this context, we analyze the values indicated by the assumptions.(original abstract)
