With the increasing prevalence of hybrid work models, the diversity and frequency of new technology usage by managers are also on the rise. The paper examines the ways in which managers organize their work in hybrid form, utilizing Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). The study aims at determining the extent to which managers consciously and purposefully use technology to effectively achieve their professional goals and enhance their well-being at work. Additionally, the research takes into account the level of technology acceptance and perception, as well as managers' attitudes toward technological changes. The article contributes to the existing literature on well-being at work, technological resources, and requirements. The research adopts a qualitative approach, conducting a thematic exploration through the analysis of findings from twelve in-depth interviews with experienced managers employed in large organizations in Poland, preceded by a literature review.
