Abstrakty

W artykule zaprezentowano modelowe ujęcie strategii przetargowej firmy budowlanej oparte na teorii zbiorów rozmytych. Opisano i omówiono program komputerowy umożliwiajacy praktyczne wykorzystanie modelu do wspomagania decyzji przetargowej odnośnie wprowadzanego do oferty poziomu zysku kalkulacyjnego.

article concerns the two fundamental bidding decisions that a building firm must take. The first is selecting the project to bid for; and the second is setting the most appropriate bid price with particular reference to estimated yield. The article briefly presents the authors' own research into factors influencing bidding decisions. It then presents models designed to assist bidding competitive decisions that have recently been developed in the West. The main section of the article is a description of the authors' own bidding strategy model, which uses fuzzy sets theory and their own research into factors influencing bidding decisions at Polish building firms. The idea behind the model is illustrated with a straightforward example. The article then presents the results of analyses of the model's sensitivity to variations in input data and goes on to introduce the &
